TowFlow / Rapid Recovery Towing — SMS Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Rapid Recovery Towing, operating on the TowFlow dispatch platform, handles your phone number and text messages when you request towing or roadside assistance.
What text messages we send
If you submit a service request through our online request form and leave the “Send me text updates about this service request” box checked, we will send you a small number of transactional text messages about that specific service request only, such as:
- Confirmation of your work order, with a link to track your service
- Notice that a driver has been assigned to your request
- Notice that your driver is en route, with an estimated arrival time
- Notice that your driver has arrived on scene
- Notice that your service has been completed
Message frequency is typically 2–5 messages per service request. We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages. Once your service request is completed, we do not send you any further messages unless you contact us again for a new request.
How you consent
You opt in by checking the “Send me text updates about this service request” box on our online service request form when you submit your request (checked by default, and you can uncheck it at any time before submitting). We do not add phone numbers to this program from any other source, and we do not send these messages to anyone who has not opted in through that form.
Opting out
You can reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving further texts about your request. Reply HELP for help.
Your data — not shared or sold
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in status with any third party for any purpose, including marketing purposes by any other company. Your phone number is used solely to send you status updates about the specific service request you called in about.
